Purpose
These terms govern your use of the Subshell subscription management service (the 'service'), including the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the service and you.
Creating an account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and verify your email address. You can also sign up with social login such as Google; by continuing with social login you are deemed to agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Providing and changing the service
The service lets you manage subscriptions, review per-project statistics, and browse shared deals. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued, and significant changes will be announced within the service.
Your data
You own the subscription and project data you enter. Your data is used only to provide the service, and you can back it up at any time via CSV export.
Prohibited conduct
You may not impersonate others, disrupt the service, post illegal content or spam, or collect data through unauthorized automated means.
Advertising and analytics
The service is provided free of charge and may display ads such as Google AdSense and use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. These tools may process anonymized usage information.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the settings page after confirming your password. When you do, your account data including projects, subscriptions, and comments is permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages caused by data loss or service interruption. We recommend keeping your own backups of important data.
